CG Schmidt is currently providing construction management services for the phased redevelopment of the historic Horlick Malted Milk campus in Racine. Long-term plans for the redevelopment call for affordable and market-rate housing, retail, co-working space, and more, housed within the 125+ year-old complex.
Phase 2, the William, opened its doors in April 2022 at the stately tower building and includes 86 luxury living market-rate housing, similar to the Arabella. Amenities include in-unit laundry, club room, cyber lounge and fitness center.
