Irgens – Innovation One

A three story 87,000 SF multi-tenant commercial office building nestled within a park-like environmental reserve, Innovation One compliments its natural landscape and provides a workspace sanctuary to house prospective business operations. The facility is comprised of a modern lobby space, a two story garden level, multiple common areas, a tenant lounge and a fitness center. Innovation One’s exterior heavily relies on floor-to-ceiling glass to promote year-round exposure to the natural light and changing environment. The Innovation One project additionally included a one story, completely covered parking structure measuring 177,000 SF and containing 22 underground and heated executive parking stalls, as well as 90 surface stalls.
