This 840,000 SF tenant improvement and buildout of a newly built warehouse space located in Florence, Kentucky supported Diversey’s goals to consolidate manufacturing operations and drive efficiency in warehouse and transportation logistics. The building is located in an industrial area on a 48-acre site. As construction manager for the build out, project scope was divided into distribution and production tracks, allowing Diversey to take occupancy in stages.
This massive facility provides: 385,000 SF dedicated to distribution, 455,000 SF supporting the facility’s production operations, 45-foot clearance for significant racking systems and an exterior tank farm for bulk storage and steel process piping. The exterior tank farm supports production of over 2,000 different product lines and contains 26 interior bulk storage tanks, 11 exterior bulk storage tanks, 24 hold tanks, seven mix tanks and seven miscellaneous tanks for independent processes.
