Children’s Wisconsin 7th Floor Health Psychology Remodel

Part of 10-year master plan that supports a new and fast-growing Health Psychology unit, Children’s Wisconsin sought renovation of a clinic space on the 7th floor to provide a central Health Psychology Clinic location. This 10,000 SF renovation includes a lobby and waiting rooms, therapy and observation rooms, and conference rooms. Existing spaces are also improved, such as the elevator lobby and public restrooms. On an expedited schedule due to accreditation with the American Psychological Association Training Program, the project team implemented an integrated project delivery approach to optimize collaboration, speed-to-market and result in quality and timely construction.
