Eagle Harbor Apartments

CG Schmidt was hired in partnership with Landgraf Construction to provide project management services on the project. This was a stand-alone, three-story, panelized wood framed apartment building with concrete foundations and slab on grade. Apartments come with large windows for abundant natural light, spacious open plan living areas, good size bedrooms, and your own private balcony.
