CORPORATE FACILITY
One of Madison’s most promising and well known tech start-ups, EatStreet, a food delivery company, occupies the 7th and 8th floor of the 316 West Washington Building in downtown Madison. CG Schmidt completed a full two-story buildout, featuring a grand staircase in the lobby that connects the two floors, a terrace, 30-foot bar, and office spaces. All work was done within an accelerated timeline in an occupied building.
