EDUCATION FACILITY
CG Schmidt performed a complete gut and remodel of the 40-year-old, three-level University Transfer Center on the Nicolet Area Technical College campus. Upgrades include new walls/finishes, complete infrastructure renovation, all new exterior walls, new roof, the addition of two dormers, new sidewalks/driveways and new landscaping. This building is mixed use with three science classrooms, three general classrooms, common spaces for students, board room, multiple administrative offices and the main server room for the entire campus.
