CG Schmidt completed roughly 21,000 SF of renovations across three floors of several spaces for WEA Member Benefits in Madison. Upgrades were completed to the office’s main lobby area, meeting rooms, training center, break room, and work spaces, including private offices. The entirety of the work was completed in just nine weeks while the rest of the building remained occupied.
