MULTI-FAMILY FACILITY
The town square-styled redevelopment of the 13-acre, 10-building Horlick District site is envisioned to eventually serve as a multi-functional space encompassing multi-family residential, commercial, retail, light industrial, business incubator, educational and recreational uses.
Phase 1 of a multi-phase project, the Arabella is the renovation of 71,157 SF of space in the 2100 Northwestern Avenue building, accommodating 48 units of affordable housing and 12 market rate units, with common amenities such as a community room, fitness center, laundry room and leasing office. The project includes historic restoration of the building envelope including masonry restoration, doors, windows, roofing and interior flooring.
