Awarded 2023 CG Schmidt Scholarship
Riley will apply her scholarship towards achieving her degree at UW-Madison Law School.
The selection committee for the CG Schmidt Scholarship Program is pleased to announce Riley Calouette as the recipient of the 2023 CG Schmidt Scholarship. Riley demonstrates academic excellence and displays a broad range of leadership and community engagement outside of the academic setting in both her undergraduate experience and currently in her law school experience.
Riley graduated from Union Grove High School at the top of her class with a 4.2 grade point average and received her undergraduate political science degree with minors in criminal justice and law and policy at the University Wisconsin – Oshkosh. She currently attends UW-Madison Law School, where she is working at the university’s Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic giving free legal advice to small businesses and business owners.
