Concordia University Chemnitz Residence Hall

The Concordia University Chemnitz Residence Hall project consists of constructing a new five-story residence hall with lower level classrooms for a total building area of approximately 92,000 square feet. The hall is connected to Coburg Hall and Augsburg Hall by way of the university’s underground tunnels.
