Froedtert & MCW Moorland Reserve Health Center
CG Schmidt completed this project in two phases. Phase I involved the construction a new four-story medical office building with a two-story wing. Phase II consisted of renovating 10,800 square feet of existing space and constructing an 8,200-square-foot addition. This allowed for the addition of a new Emergency Department with observation rooms and ambulance garage. To make room for the new ED, the existing Urgent Care and Infusion Department were relocated.
