Meadowland Research & Technology Center

The Meadowland Research & Technology Center is located in the Milwaukee County Research Park with Zywave as its anchor tenant. Amenities include energy-efficient and sustainable design elements, locker facilities, a fitness center, and a large conference center. Additionally, a 158,000-square-foot parking structure. A 39,000-square-foot addition to the parking structure was added after the project was underway. Other tenants include One America, Alegis and Quest.
