Milwaukee County Zoo – Adventure Africa

CG Schmidt acted as the Construction Manager for this project, as well as provided consulting services to the Owner and support staff to the county. The CG Schmidt team provided consultation based upon standard construction practices and presented resolutions for any issues that arose. CG Schmidt was a full-time, on-site resource for the county, documenting and providing guidance for a successful project. Weekly meetings were conducted to track safety, RFI’s, design changes, submittals, project schedule and allowance funding updates to the team.
