Newcastle Place – Phase I

The first phase featured 67-bed skilled nursing/memory care component, 80 independent living apartments, 36 assisted living units and 10 cottages. These residential areas connect to a 7,500 square-foot commons offering community dining options as well as a wellness/aquatic center.
