Northwestern MutualNorth Office Building Modernization

The Gilbane I CG Schmidt joint venture team will provide construction management services for the Northwestern Mutual North Office Building. The current North Office Building stands 18-stories and was originally constructed in 1990. Renovations will modernize the North Office Building leveraging the existing structure, applying a new façade and modernizing both building systems and interiors. A new pedestrian plaza, entry, employee amenities and event spaces will be located in the lower floors and at the surrounding site. The North Office Building Modernization will provide a state-of-the-art workplace to accommodate Northwestern Mutual’s workforce, its field and the community.
