Two Rivers Public School District

The Two Rivers School District, in partnership with CG Schmidt, has successfully completed a district-wide facilities improvement initiative, enhancing learning environments across multiple schools. These upgrades were designed to modernize facilities, support student success, and strengthen the community by providing students with safer, more efficient, and future-ready spaces.

At LB Clarke Middle School, two new additions were constructed, expanding learning spaces to better accommodate students. A large-scale interior renovation transformed the existing school, improving functionality and efficiency. Additional upgrades at Two Rivers High School, JF Magee Elementary, and J Koenig Elementary included minor renovations and facility updates, ensuring all buildings meet modern educational standards. The high school also underwent a complete removal and installation of a new parking lot, enhancing safety and accessibility.

Throughout the project, construction was carefully managed while school remained in session, with strict access controls in place to ensure student and staff safety. Infrastructure upgrades, including gas utility relocations and updated building systems, were also implemented, overcoming the challenges of working with limited existing facility records.

These critical improvements will help the district exceed expectations and restore academic performance to levels seen a decade ago, reinforcing its commitment to educating the youth of Two Rivers and ensuring a strong community for the future.
