Van Buren City Lofts

An existing five-story, 70-year-old, building that was gutted down to the concrete structure and remodeled. An additional sixth-floor penthouse was added, along with two new parking garages, one on each side of the building. A total of 38 new condos were built ranging from a single bedroom at 800 square feet, to a sixth-floor penthouse at 4,000 square feet.
