As a firm we employ hundreds of highly trained and experienced craftspeople and laborers. We have extensive experience with self-performing many of the construction elements that may be required as part of the master plan, including:

Selective demolition
Cast-in-place concrete foundations
Cast-in-place concrete flatwork
Rough carpentry
Finish carpentry

By self-performing these critical tasks, CG Schmidt retains full control of project schedules we create with our clients. Rather than relying on subcontractors, we can add craft people as needed to ensure the project always stays on track.
