The 833 East Michigan Building is one of Milwaukee’s newest environmentally sustainable, Class A, multi-tenant downtown office buildings. This 18-story tower includes an on-site fitness center, multi-media conference center, restaurant and a skywalk connecting the US Bank Center Galleria and parking ramp. Additionally, the project included five floors of structured parking. Tenants include Godfrey & Kahn, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Microsoft
