CG Schmidt provided construction management services for the phased redevelopment of the historic Horlick Malted Milk campus in Racine. Long-term plans for the redevelopment call for affordable and market-rate housing, retail, co-working space, and more, housed within the 125+ year-old complex.
Phase 3, the Avenue, includes two new construction buildings accommodating 167 luxury living market-rate housing. Amenities include in-unit laundry, club room, leasing office, fitness center, pet wash and lounges. There is also an outdoor plaza amenity space with grill stations and pergolas.
