INDUSTRIAL FACILITY
This complete campus redevelopment was completed in phases, over a number of years. The South of Rawson project scope consisted of a series of building additions, combined with existing building renovations and strategic demolition to accommodate expanded machining and warehouse space. The North of Rawson project scope included a new manufacturing facility with one machining bay, two welding bays with 30 weld stations and eight 110-ton overhead cranes. The two phases of the project included 325,000 square-feet of high-bay manufacturing space.
