SENIOR LIVING FACILITY
Occurring in multiple phases, the senior living community located in downtown Milwaukee includes a 118,000 SF renovation of its historic 1892 building to relocate residents from an existing building to the new space. The project renovates 30 independent living units, 18 assisted living Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) units and the addition of balconies to each unit. Other interior updates include the entry lobby, bistro, club room, dining area, conference rooms, salon, spa, multipurpose room, residential lounge, bar and coffee shop, library and courtyard healing garden.
