EDUCATIONAL FACILITY
The scope of work for Elkhorn School District included classroom renovations to both West Side and Jackson Elementary Schools and Project Lead the Way Remodel. All work was performed and completed during summer break. CG Schmidt is currently completing renovations and additions to improve core capacity and classroom space; addition of gymnasiums at Tibbets and West Side Elementary Schools, expansion and renovation of specialty education, music and art classrooms, improvements to the technical education classrooms and labs, district-wide safety and security upgrades, prioritized capital maintenance projects including: replacement of some roof sections, remodeling for restroom accessibility (ADA), boiler repair, pool filter, select flooring replacement, select painting and asphalt repairs.
