SENIOR LIVING FACILITY
As part of the campus master plan, CG Schmidt constructed a three-story addition to the Shorehaven Health Center which incorporated a 150-bed skilled nursing care facility into the existing multi-phased development on Lac La Belle. The addition focused on maintaining a beneficial “household” concept, minimizing disruptions to the adjacent spaces and incorporating flexibility for future development.
CG Schmidt previously constructed a five-story, 100-unit CBRF tower, in-house child day care facility, commercial kitchen and 220-foot-long skywalk connecting the tower to the existing facilities on the campus.
