CG Schmidt provided construction management services for the new Madison Youth Arts Center. The 65,000 SF building contains offices, a common space, 15 rehearsal classrooms, production and costume shops, a 300-seat theater, a flexible performance studio with seating for up to 125, and a sensory-friendly classroom.
