Milwaukee County Zoo – Otter Exhibit
COMMUNITY FACILITY
Acting as both the General Contractor and Self-Performing Contractor for the Milwaukee County Zoo’s West Entrance and Otter Exhibit, this project had many special aspects including the award-winning stamped concrete paving that is unique in its color, texture, and animal track accents. This project included the addition of a new water park for river otters, a 525-space parking lot and permanent new entrance at the northwest side of the zoo.
