Located in the Milwaukee County Research Park, Muir Woods is a 112,000-square-foot office building with three floors above ground and an underground parking garage. The third floor anchor tenant is Clifton Larson Allen, LLP, combining two area offices into one central office. The tenant improvement portion of the project included 28,000 square feet of space and was completed in an aggressive two-month schedule. Other tenants include First Citizens Bank and SJA Financial.
