Old National Bank

This project services the Old National Bank Wisconsin Headquarters and 1834 Wealth Management, providing 2,000 SF of retail banking space and 28,000 SF of office space within the Huron Building. While onsite, the project team faced a number of challenges including material procurement delays and logistical issues due to the lack of freight elevator to access the 8th floor occupancy located on what is a busy downtown intersection. In addition, various areas of work occurred throughout the occupied building under significant noise constraints. CG Schmidt applied innovative solutions to support this project, including the use of separate disposals of recyclable materials to save cost, 360-degree weekly camera walkthroughs, WIFI enabled HEPA filters for IT rooms and use of a robotic vacuum to clean areas while the crew was offsite.
