CG Schmidt is retained by the District to oversee management and implementation of its multi-year master plan and community engagement. The project’s primary focus accommodates growth at the District’s schools to align with their current and projected enrollment across 28 schools ranging from early learning centers, elementary, middle and high schools, and virtual and alternative learning programs.
Serving as Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa), CG Schmidt assists the district in preservation and redevelopment of current facilities, as well as in the identification of and planning for new facilities to establish a framework for the anticipated District facility needs for the next twenty years. CMa services provided to the District include adhering to the long-range facility master plan, determining critical milestones and deadlines, developing and maintaining a master schedule and program budget, project coordination, document and communication management and more. The anticipated timeline of phased-services provided are anticipated to reach $600.0 M from 2021 to 2028, and projects are currently underway across District facilities.
