By working with all areas of the Company, he ensures CG Schmidt’s long term financial health through the, forecasting of revenue, tracking of cash flow, managing of financial risks, allocation of funds, and tacking of key performance indicators that drive the company’s success. He also oversees the company’s proactive risk management, human capital, and financial strategies, along with a team of project accountants ensuring the accuracy of billings.
