VIEWAUKEE
Originally founded in 1848 — the same year Wisconsin gained its statehood — as the state’s first private hospital, this $417 million project included the combination of two hospitals to a single Lake Drive campus. The new campus includes an evidence-based hospital, central utility plant, medical office building and cancer treatment center, seven-level parking structure and ambulance garage, five-level medical office/retail complex with a five-story parking structure, and renovations to the existing medical space.
